After
30-or-so hours of traveling, we've arrived in Amsterdam. We are
here for two reasons: the once-in-a-decade blooming of the tulips and to
send our friend Erin off to spend three months with her beau. Well,
maybe we're here for other reasons? Think Anthony Bourdain.
